The Air Purifier air purifiers from Fiber Filtration / V&T Group BV are the ideal solution for improving indoor air quality. The Air Purifier sucks in air from the bottom on two sides and blows it cleanly back into the room. These air purifiers ensure that air quality remains high and thus reduce the need for fresh air from outside, resulting in low energy costs, as air from outside usually needs to be cooled or heated. Other advantages are the much lower cost price than standard AHUs (air handling units) and the simple installation and commissioning, as no air ducts are required.
Despite the strong and economical EC fans, the air purifiers produce little noise. This is because the fan is placed between the pre-filter (panel filter) and the fine filter (compact filter) and a double wall is used (inner wall of galvanized steel and outer wall of aluminum) that is fully insulated with rock wool.
Furthermore, the filter composition can easily be adjusted to the customer’s wishes. The pre-filter can be equipped with filter class G4, G4 + active carbon (odor and dust reduction), M5 or even F7. The fine filter is available in filter class F7, active carbon + F7 (fine dust, odor and gas reduction), F8, F9, E10, E11, E12 or even H13 (HEPA). Due to the large number of possible filter compositions, the air purifiers can be used for many applications and industries.
The air purifiers are also fully adjustable with a volume knob, with which you can determine the power of the fan yourself from 0 – 100%. Other conveniences include: the standard wheels and simple plug connection for mains power (230 V).
There are two standard versions of the Air Purifier. Namely one for 1700 mᶾ/hour and one for 3400 mᶾ/hour. However, on request it is possible to customize the Air Purifier entirely according to the customer’s wishes. For example, the plating materials, color, fan, and of course filters can be adjusted.
