Filter systems and air handling units

The filter systems and HVAC air handling units from Fiber Filtration BV are always produced in close consultation with the customer and are therefore custom made. This sounds expensive, but in practice it is cheaper, because the customer decides for himself whether certain accessories are necessary or not. For example, you can choose a simple filter box with a manually controlled fan or a complete air treatment system (AHU) with heat recovery, automated control and high-quality filters.
Of course we will provide you with our advice, but the choice is yours.
Figure 2 shows a clear example of a very specific filter system that has been produced entirely according to the customer’s wishes. This concerns a filter system for a small cleanroom with a 3D printer that releases acetone during production. The filtration system had to circulate the air, remove the acetone, filter at H13 (HEPA) level and it could not be too expensive. The result: a simple filter system with 3 filter steps (F7 pre-filtration, active carbon cartridges with acid-washed carbon and an H13 high capacity HEPA filter) and a manually controlled EBM-PAPST fan. Other accessories and insulation were not necessary, so the customer was provided with a highly effective system at a competitive price.
